MDSLOTS RETURN POLICY
Our staff constantly strives to deliver the highest quality slot machines at the best price that you will ever find!! We want you to be comfortable and happy with your slot machine before it leaves our shop.
In order to be sure you select the perfect slot machine, we are happy to provide additional photographs and very specific details of the slot machine you want.
Mdslots offers a 14 day return policy on slot machines subject to the following terms. Any return must be coordinated via e-mail or telephone with Mdslots. The slot machine must be received back to Mdslots in its original shipped working condition and all original parts must be included and unaltered.
Any unauthorized attempted alterations or repairs to the slot machine or any of its components without the consent of Mdslots void this return policy. The customer will be responsible for sufficient crating and packaging of any returned item. The customer is responsible for any and all return freight costs and insurance.
Once Mdslots receives the returned slot machine, it must pass a full inspection. Final determination of acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of Mdslots. Refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping, and any return shipping fees if the original shipment is not deliverable by the freight carrier.
All non-electronic parts may be returned within 14 days for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Any parts returns must be coordinated with Mdslots The customer is responsible for all return postage/freight charges plus insurance, and the product must arrive in a fully functional usable condition.
All software sold individually cannot be returned and is not subject to any refund. Software sold by Mdslots is tested and verified operational prior to shipment. Because of the delicate nature and possible harm due to static and other conditions, software is not subject warranty or return or refund.
Final determination of acceptance of any parts returned is at the sole discretion of Mdslots.

SHIPPING RATES
Unlike others in the used slot machines business, when you place your order online with MDSLOTS, you immediately will know your shipping cost as soon as you enter your zip code in the checkout cart. Our slot machine shipping prices include residential delivery with a truck equipped with lift gate. If you would like your slot machine shipped to a business address with a dock or forklift, give us a call as it will save you around $40 off the shipping cost. The same is true if the shipment is picked up at nearby freight terminal. That would be a R&L Carriers terminal.
WE DO NOT added crating fees!!
Once you have placed an order, it takes 2 to 3 days before your machine will ship out it. Normally takes 1 to 3 days to get to your door.
We will provide a tracking number for your shipment. The freight company will call you a day ahead to make rangement for delivery.
All shipments include insurance
